I started cutting parts on the waterjet today.

    Oh man, I’m jealous. It looks like you’ll be able to crank out some killer parts with that thing. Is it a rig at your work? How are you managing to get time on it? Does it take a long time to set it up to cut a part?

    It takes 25 minutes to cut each shoulder ring. I am using my former employers (Multicam) machine. It cuts with water at 55,000 psi and garnet abrasive.
